• Two passport size 50x 35 mm photographs
• copy of Emirates ID from applicants
• Residence visa should be valid 3 months or more
• Bank statement 3 months original stamped by the bank
• Letter of “No Objection” addressed to Embassy or Consulate General of Malaysia from Company / Sponsor (for applicants). Applicants who are self-employed / operating own business may produce a copy of valid trade license.
