• VISA APPLICATION FORM – Did you answer all the questions? Did you sign on Section 11?
• PHOTO – Did you paste the photo on Section 1 of the form?
• ORIGINAL PASSPORT and COPY –Is it still valid for 6 months from the travel date?
• UAE RESIDENCE VISA COPY – Is it still valid for 6 months from the travel date? If not, renew your visa first or apply from your home country. This is for strict compliance. NO EXCEPTION.
• Is it Abu Dhabi or Al Ain visa? If yes, then apply to the Embassy of Korea in Abu Dhabi.
• If you are from the 34 countries on the list below, you must have stayed in UAE for more than 2 years and hold a UAE residence to be able to apply.
• (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cameroon, China, Cuba, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Peru, Philippines, Senegal, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Yemen)
• Copy of previous UAE residence visa to prove recent 2 years of residency.
• ORIGINAL NO OBJECTION LETTER letter from UAE visa sponsor
• Does it mention the correct purpose of travel?
• Does it have the name of the authorized signatory, the job title or position and contact number?
• If UAE visa sponsor is person, submit passport copy together with the letter.
• If you are working for different company from UAE visa sponsor, you need to submit the letter from the both.(visa sponsor and your actual company)
• ORIGINAL BANK STATEMENT WITH BANK STAMP FOR THE MOST RECENT 3 MONTHS – Online bank statements ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please go to your bank to ask for the recent 90 days bank statement and make sure to ask for the bank stamp. (It should be the latest; not more than 2 weeks ago; we need to see your most current balance.)
• If the applicant has a financial sponsor, then we need to get the bank statement of the sponsor, a sponsorship letter and a copy of the sponsor’s ID or passport for reference.
• SCHEDULE OF STAY – Did you prepare your day to day activities or schedule of tour?
• HOTEL BOOKING AND ROUND TRIP TICKET
